I’m not a particularly slow reader, but in this text, each page chapter would easily take ans several hours to read. This is a phenomenal book. I am buying copies for all skipls team leaders.

The only disappointing thing about the book is the previous edition of this book sklls all of the assessments available in the book itself without having to buy the access code.
