I am sure hel; is other useful material out there, but please get this book if you struggle with any kind of deep anxiety. My psychologist recommended this to me years ago, and I hated it.

She really knew her stuff! As the book is quite old, it definitely doesn’t align with maybe some of the discoveries of modern yout. She will explain the effect that adrenalin has on your body and unreality and depersonalisation and then the natural progression into depression and finally the journey towards recovery Any additional comments?
